About Habits of Healing

Habits of Healing provides online addiction counselling focused on compassion, practical change, and long-term recovery.

I work with adults and teenagers, as well as families affected by addiction. With over a decade of experience in addiction counselling, my goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes.

Addiction often brings shame, fear, and a sense of being stuck. My role is to offer guidance and tools in a safe, respectful space — without judgement or pressure.

My counselling approach

I use a person-centred, evidence-based approach tailored to each client’s needs. Therapeutic methods include:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Positive Psychology

Sessions are flexible and adapted to your goals, whether you are exploring change, actively reducing use, or maintaining recovery.
